Informed Conveyancing Pty Ltd is an incorporated legal practice, situated on Queensland's Gold Coast. We - Suzanne Roberts and Robert Friend - are the Directors and we have each had many years experience in the legal industry. We started Informed Conveyancing to provide legal services to clients in the areas of property and commercial law including the sale and purchase of all types of property and business together with consequential needs such as wills and powers of attorney.

We understand how important it is to all parties to a transaction to be kept informed of the matter's progress so we keep in touch with all parties - buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, financiers, everyone connected with the particular transaction - to keep them informed of its progress.

We provide solid, old fashioned value for money legal service. We have an office in Southport and, if you are unable to visit us there, we can arrange to meet you at a mutually convenient place on the Gold Coast, perhaps at your home.
